Modem-Call Waiting
I have a Dimension 2400, Windows XP Home, BCM V.92 56K Modem.
I have call waiting on my phone line. Until recently, an incoming call would drop my ISP connection and ring the phone so I could take the call. This does not happen anymore. How can I reconfigure to utilize this feature again. Callers merely hear the ring, not a busy signal.

Thanks for the link!
My search turned up nothing, but perhaps that is because the "Modem on Hold" option is and always has been disabled. I am not interested in hanging on to the ISP connection. Ability to receive another call is more important to me.
The tech for my ISP says nothing has been changed.
Any other suggestions?
