Modem Error Message 711
Micheal-C can you help.
Their where 18 virusis on this system all cleared now.
system seems to be working fine. But!!!!!!!
Dimension 4300 Tag: FQWH90J
Error message 711 on system when trying to use modem.
1. checked all connections/Cables o.k
2.uninstalled all modem drives and eircom software. o.k
3.reload drivers and software. o.k
4.modem test o.k
can not see any dial-up information control panel.?????

Thanks for using the Dell Community Forum.
Go to http://www.google.com and do a search on Error 711 and see if any of those solutions apply to your situation.

Thanks Tried all, Could not clear error.
I have gone for the Ultimate and have a clean install.
The Issue has now cleared.
