Modem Not Working After WinXPHome Reinstall

I have a Dimension 2350 with Windows XP Home.  It was having a lot of problems, so I reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled WinXP Home.

 

After installing all of the drivers from the CD that was included with the system, I found that the Juno dialing software couldn't contact the modem (it worked fine BEFORE the reinstall).  I found in Device Manager that there was no modem driver installed.  I also verified that the wall jack worked, and I tested the modem itself by plugging a standard phone into the "phone" jack on the modem.

 

My system has this modem info:

MODEM, V.92, DATA FAX, INTERNAL, ALUMINUM, DELL AMERICAS ORGANIZATION

 

I'm not sure which of the numerous drivers from Dell's website to use with my modem.  The options are:

Conexant/Asus SmartHSFi V92 56K PCI Modem

Conexant/GVC V.92 Soft (Data Fax) Modem for Windows

Which should I use?  Would I have to do anything other than run the driver file?

 

Could there be another issue?
