Modem-on-hold Help

I have a Dimension desktop with the Conexant HSF V.92 56k Data Fax PCI modem. I have just change ISPs to one that supports modem-on-hold. However, I do not have the Dell Modem on Hold icon in my control panel. Is there another way to set-up my MOH?

I have the same v.92 modem and Win XP.  Go to Control Panel, and double click on the yellow Modem on Hold Icon.  Follow the instructions to enable M-O-H.  Be sure your ISP has a v.92 service and that you have enabled your phone's call waiting feature.  Good luck!

The problem is that I don't have the yellow modem-on-hold icon. What I'm wondering is do I have to add some software or find something somewhere else to set this up. If I had the icon, I could finish the process.

Download from Dell R64763 Modem on hold/Net waiting, this will give you yellow phone and you can answer calls on line but cannot call out /it says you can but you have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding a answer

Thanks for the help. That finally worked. If anyone else runs into this, I had to load R54291 first. That added something to the original drivers that supported MOH. Then the R64763 worked. But just like albh, I can't call out while online. Great tip though. I really appreciate it!
