I have got a  Military Prayer Support website set up ready to go online but when I tried to link with my internet provider I couldn't . Contacted him and he was able to link with my settings from his computer. He thinks it is my modem since I only have a 26.4 Kbps. I have run diagnostic and said modem was fine, contacted Dell and followed their instructions and still can't fix problem. Help! I'm a real novice.
