Need guidance for learning networking for small business
Our small business just expanded and went from three Windows machines sharing files and a bunch of smartphones on wifi, to 10 DELL laptops and workstations, a VPN for connection by remote sites, wireless APs, VOIP phones, NAS backup and network printers.
I'm not trained for this so it's been very slow going.
Could I prevail upon this community to point me in the right direction for getting educated on this task? Do I need classes or are there videos and online tutorials that do the job? Is there some kind of "Network Engineering for dummies" fast track that can get me 80% there? I have a technical background and can generally talk the language.
Thanks in advance for any input!

Hi arl7,
Thanks for the post, check out some of the information at the links below. Techcenter is a great source for dell guides and informationals. Support Video has some quick tips, troubleshooting and teardowns to help with set up. Dells Education portal contains multiple classes that you can sign up across various topics. Networking for dummies, yep they’ve got plenty of guides to help. Dell also has a consultation service to help look into the best options for your needs.
