Network connections taking about 20 minutes to become active after restart??
One of my colleagues PC's takes about 20 minutes to be able to access the internet or indeed even open network connections folowing startup?? however he can access network drives though?
After 20 minutes its fine, there is no problem if he just logs out though only when a shut down / restart is performed so I'm wondering if there is a service that's taking a while to initialise or something?
