networkcontroller conflict (not working)

since i installed windows vista after XP i don't have any wireless internet and see a conflict at the networkcontroller. I downloaded several drivers but none is working.

i have a inspiron mini 10 laptop and i am searching for someone who can give me the driver wich will work.

Where can i find a new networkcontroller driver or how do i get my laptop fixed again so i can internet wireless?

Pleasse help me.
