Networking Dialup through a wireless router

Does anyone know how to network 2 computers one using win98 and one with win xp to share a dialup connection using a wireless router. Is this possible? Can a dialup connection go into a wireless router? Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, can you at least connect to the internet with one of the computers?

Ok.  I'm dumb as dirt when it comes to this networking stuff.  This is what I have...Dimension desktop, HP 3 in 1, eMachine laptop, 2 phone lines, 2 ISPs, dial up (no other option out here).
This is what I want...file and printer sharing, 1 phone line, 1 ISP, shared internet connection.
Which do I take care of first? file and printer sharing, then work on the shared internet?
What hardware do I need? (laptop has wireless card).
I have researched this over and over.  Talked to the "experts" at circuit city and best buy.  This is what I have learned...don't like the answer you get, call them right back and you'll have a whole new explanation with a whole new solution. I am so confused.  Can anybody help with this?
Thanks bunches.
