New network with DSL internet
I'm hoping that someone will be able to give me some info here. I just recently signed up for the Bell Sympatico DSL basic service and want to network our two home computers. We have a Dimesion desktop and an Inspiron laptop with a wirless card. I got a wireless g router and want to know which should be hooked up first. The new modem for the internet or the network? I'm looking forward to trying something new but wouldn't mind a little insight to get started in the right direction.
Any help would be great!

The easiest thing to do is to plug your wired machine into the router after you have plugged the modem into the router. Then, browse to the router, 192.168.0.1, through the wireed machine. There, you can setup your WEP and everything else that you need.
Then, turn on the machine with the wireless card, and get a connection.
