New to networking. How to find the security key/passcode?

Question

I am trying to set up a home wireless network between three computers. They are all Dells, two run XP and the new one is Vista. I am not sure how to do this. My oldest one is a desktop and the other two are laptops. The only one that will connect to the internet is the E1505 laptop. I don't know where to go from there to connect the new laptop and the desktop. I think I need some sort of security passcode that I prolly should know, but don't. My service is through ATT, and I have a wireless modem. Can anyone direct me?

I am such a dork!! I have a wireless modem. I found the passcode-----on the bottom. Ha Ha!! I think I have been overly sleep deprived lately, let me tell ya. Those all night shifts are messin with my head! Thanks for your help tho.
