Talked to Dell customer service about connectivity issue with wireless printer and hot spot. They said it was a software glitch. I did not want to pay then $180 to try and correct. They did not indicate it is a somewhat universal issue that I see through this forum. I have an Inspiron 17, 5000 series. Any ideas to help?
