Opening bluetooth in inspiron N7110

Question

I have a N7110 laptop and it wrote on the box that it has bluetooth. How do i enable it? I pressed the button with the two gears (above the numberpad). It gets me to

after that, i click the "enable" button under the bluetooth icon. Nothing happpens... I click it again...Nothing. How do i enable it then?

Ensure that the bluetooth driver is installed. Please click the link mentioned below which will take you to the drivers website:

Enter the Service Tag of the computer and choose the Operating System installed on the computer. Please update the latest version of driver available.

How do I know which one to install.  I have installed several and now my bluetooth has errors, like its the wrong drivers.  I have the n7110 inspiron also.
