OWA problem
hi,
i posted this same issue in Software >>>XP but can't seem to find a solution,
i have an Exchange Server version 5.5 with 2000 operationg system SP4.
anyway our Webmail keeps on crashing. i have to restart the machine in order for it to go back up, so i tried stopping IIS service but it won't fully stop because World Wide Web Publisher service keeps on locking up at stopping status. even if i use the codered tool from microsoft w/c is just a dos base tool for restarting the service, it still locks uo
i tried removing the IIS in add/remove programs windows components, and now the problem is worse, OWA is totally down even after a reboot.
please help..
Thanks
