thanks for the reply.

found this but just made it to backing up the registry. i don't wanna perform regedit on our server cause it might cause more problem like the other time.

did that. should i just start following the uninstallation of OWA? and hope that it won't affect our exchange?

back up all your files on the server
or Create a restore point
