PCI Adaptor Driver wont install on Latitude 4400 - Code 10 failure

Installation of driver for Netgear PCI Adapter FA311 fails with Code 10.
Netgear says, aint our problem, its an IRQ problem with my system and to contact Dell. 
Windows XP
Network adaptor is connected to Netgear router, which is working fine with other devicesNot much help there I must say.
Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Bob T - thanks for the reply.  I tried to get my tag number thru the Dell site, some of the links failed and the one I did get to work, said it could not find my tag number.  I put in what I thought it was from the sticker on the machine, but it was not labeled there either.  If I guessed wrong, reply and I'll get the next number on the sticker.

Mr H.,

When I tried to look this up in the database, I got the same result that you describe -- the tag is not recognized.  Why don't you try inputting the Express Service Code into your Dell Community Forum user profile to see if this is recognized.
