pls try to uninstall and reinstall the AOL software

Does this mean that I will have to reinstall my router and change my passwords etc? Thanks for your help

You dont need to touch your router...

can you open up INTERNET EXPLORER, and see if you can browse a website/

im thinking that your issue is about AOL SOFTWARE..

Thanks for the quick response. I think AOL software is definately the problem as I can access internet via internet explorer. I don't know much about computers. Is uninstalling easy?

Oh yeah, uninstall and reinstall is easy,
before you uninstall a software or a program
make sure that the SW disc is available so you can reinstall it again.

HOW TO:
goto control panel and click add/remove
then select the program you wanna uninstall
then click removed

Thanks again for your help. I have just uninstalled AOL and reinstalled but exactly the same problem. Looks like I'll have to get on to AOL yet again and try and get them to do something
