POP3 Problem

AOL is my Internet provider. When trying to access MSN Messenger or Trent Micro Internet Security as well as some other services I get the following message

"The host Don't know could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account "POP3" Server Don't know Protocol SMTP Port 25 (Secure(SSL) No Socket Error 11001 Error Number 0x800CC0D.

"The host POP# could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account POP3 Protocol POP3 Port 110 Secure (SSL) no Socket Error 11001 Error Number 0x800CCC0D.

Any suggestions on how to correct the problem would be greatly appreciated
