You may have difficulty sourcing the AIC Wireless card from Dell.  It's actually cheaper to source the Intel AX210 desktop kit from the big online shopping site. 

For installation, connect the AIC cable to CAC_PIV power connector (#21 on system board layout).  Just align the keyed pin on the connector to the missing pin on header.

I got both WIFI and Bluetooth!

The critical information missing before your reply was "For installation, connect the AIC cable to CAC_PIV power connector (#21 on system board layout).  Just align the keyed pin on the connector to the missing pin on header."
