Problem faxing with Classic Phone Tools Windows XP

I recently updated my operating system to XP from ME.  I was told by BVRP to load classic phone tools and remove the phone tools I had in my system. I did that and am still having trouble with sending faxes.  They told me I needed to upgrade my drivers.  I tried calling the technician at dell but he really had trouble communicating a proper download for me.  Please help.
