problem with 1397 WLAN mini-card and updating driver

The drivers on the Dell site can be downloaded to the hard drive. (Refer to the attached Picture).Try resetting the browser settings to defaults. You could also try a different browser.

You could download the driver from the below link. Key in the service tag and appropriate operating system to download the drivers.

Ah... a different browser did the trick.  Thanks.  I hope this fixes my problem.  

OKay, I downloaded this... unzipped the file onto my Dell laptop and then found the file... when I went into set up, it says the operating system is not supported.  I have windows 7, and this is the driver that my computer told me I needed.  What am I doing wrong?

Please provide the system service tag through a private message. I will check the system configuration and provide the correct driver.

Hi, the link the other poster gave me sent me to the right place and allowed me to put in my service tag number.  I had to also use IE instead of Chrome to download on to a USB port, then once I uploaded it to my Dell, it worked PERFECTLY!  Thank you SOOOO much for your help!!!
