Problem with Realtek Ethernet Controler
Hi All!
I have a problem with Realtek Ethernet Controler in my Dell Vostro 3560. My cable was plugged in, but i couldn't connect to internet. I went in to device manager and noticed that my Realtek network controller was not in the device list under network adapters. I then tried to reinstall my LAN drivers from Dell(http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/vostro-3560?driverId=0XCVW&osCode=WB64A&fileId=3285731506&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI) which is how I got it to work in the first place. However, this time when it "finishes" installing an error pops up and says "The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled Please plug the cable."
I'm using Windows 8.1 pro 64bits. Now i'm using wifi, but it's not comfortable for me!
Is anyone can help me, please??

I have the exact same problem, using Windows 7 Pro 64bit. Can anyone explain how to get Windows to detect the adapter so that the driver can be installed?
