I had the same problem. F2'd to bios. Turned bluetooth off (as in above picture), turned it back on, press apply. Coninue boot. When in explorer, I pressed fn - PtrScr to toggle Airplane mode on and then again to turn airplane mode off. Magically, bluetooth appeared.
