Reformatted my computer, now my "Ethernet Controller" has no driver! HELP!!!!

Okay, so here's the deal. I have a Dell Dimension 4500 Intel P4 2.0 Ghz, 512 MB DDR (PC2100) ram and Windows XP Home edition. I reformatted my computer and reinstalled windows xp home edition. Problem is, when I went to install my program for my DSL (Bellsouth Fast Access, 2wire) it said my ethernet was not configured. I went to device manager and looked at it and it had a yellow question mark and it said "Ether net controller". I opened it and it said it had no driver!

Now, I THINK I know what the driver is. On my order sheet from 2 years ago it said Intel 10/100M Ethernet. I have NO IDEA what to do about this. None of the discs that came had any ethernet drivers on them. This is a total disaster. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

First install the chipset dirvers for your motherboard.  These should be on the Dell Resource CD, but you can also download them from:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/format.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P4_4500&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=3268&devlib=27&category=27&releaseid=R41334

Once the chipeset drivers are installed, you can install the drivers for the ethernet adapter.  They should aslo be on the Resource CD, but you can also download them form:

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/format.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P4_4500&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=2731&devlib=5&category=5&releaseid=R48857
