system service not working...
I am unable to dial in to my ISP Juno. I can play games,use Word,do AVG pc tuneup, but when I try to connect to my ISP, the message "Can't dial in" appears. There are also other error messages which indicate that a system service is not working. I also see there are a number of things "disabled"... I am wondering if I did something wrong when I sued the PC tuneup. I have a Dell Dimension 3000. Also on the bottom instead of the blue it is now White with just Start in black letters and the other side just black letters. Can you be of assistance?

I was able to reinstall the system services that were disabled. And that corrected the problem.

I am using: Windows XP and have 1.25 MB of memory.
