Transfer E Mail (G Mail) to windows folders

Hi,

On my Dell Inspiron laptop I have chosen to use the default E Mail package from my broadband provider Sky. I think this is G Mail.

I am used to Windows Outlook at work and just dragging and dropping mail into folders. Frustration that I cannot do this on my home laptop. I could probably convert to Windows mail but I don't want to.

How can I transfer the e mails into folders which does enable them to be live and re accessed and amended/sent again?

I tried using the Page Save As and then putting them into a folder. However when accessing them it brought back a version of the whole E Mail In Box. I did also see a message which referred to cookies and have tried messing around with security settings to see if this was stopping the process, but it did not work out the problem.

Anybody got any ideas?
