truemobile 1300 wlan disabbled

Question

The Truemobile 1300 WLAN mini-pc card in my Inspiron 8500 says that it is disabled. I have followed all the instructions on how to get it enabled. When I get to the screen that says click to Enable it says hit fn-F2, but that does nothing. Does any one know what I should do?

Don't know what you are doing to enable the connection, but this is what I do to enable/disable a connection: (Windows XP):

Start|Connect to|Show all connections
right click on the connection and select Enable from the pop up menu.
