TrueMobile Router Stopped distrubuting internet

Hi! I have 2 Dell desktop computers and a TrueMobile 1184 Wireless Broadband router, 1 computer is connected via a wire to the internet through the router, and the other wirelessly. I've had this setup working fine for a couple of years now.

Last week one day it just stopped working all of a sudden. The network still worked, the computers were still connected, but the internet wasn't going through. Origonally I thought that Comcast's service had gone down, but when I plugged the computer's internet in directly from the broadband modem to the computer it worked fine, but when I plugged it in through the router the internet light goes on, but I still cannot access the internet.

The wireless computer says the connection is "Very Good" and it's sending and receiving files normally at the normal speed, same with the other computer, but alas, no luck logging on to the internet.

I tried calling Dell about this but I've been on hold for an hour now and haven't talked to anyone yet.

This is extremely appreciated!! Thank you very much!!

More than likely a Power Down and Power Up will reset the router for connectivity.  Power down everything, then power up the modem, router, and PC's waiting about 2 minuites in between each.

You lost the connection to the ISP and the router needs a reset.  Don't ask why, just remember the trick.

Whenever my DSL connection gets really slow, I just power down the modem and restart, and the speed comes back.
