Two Phone Lines
I have two phone lines coming into my house, with both lines coming to the phone jack at the computer. How do I choose the line for my computer to use?

Assuming that each phone line has it's own telephone number.... then choose a phone line that you won't mind tying up if you want to spend time on-line. Back when I had dial-up I had ordered a second phone line and switched my computer over to that one. That way my first phone line which everyone was familar with the phone number wasn't tied up while I played on the computer.
