ubuntu Dell-1395 WPA/WPA2 setup

I am Linux user, ubuntu 8.04 hardy. I want to configure wireless on laptop. The problem is that Linux doesn`t have drivers to support dell 1395 wireless card, so i must use ndiswrapper, and wpa supplicant to do it. Does anyone have some tutorials for configure that type of dell wireless card.

In addition, The wireless can work under normal encrypt condition.

I have been searching on google but it only gaves me a bunch of junk.
