Unable to connect to wireless network connection

I have a Inspiron 600M that I bought a D-Link 802.11g/2.4GHz Wireless Router from Dell

I have had wireless network connection in the past but now

Could you provide a bit more information.   What kind of internet connection do you have, dsl or cable?  Is the wireless router turned on and plugged into the modem?   Is your wireless network card turned on (the Fn F2 key combination should toggle it on and off)?   You say the wireless has worked in the past, but has it worked with this setup in the past?   To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.
