unable to connect wireless

Question

Inspiron 8500. Unable to connect with wireless (out of network range). All my problems started when I tried to install  Truemobile 1300. Now the Intel PRO/wireless is disable on the tray.

Yuu must connect via wired ethernet to the router in order to setp.  Did you do that?

I am connected through a D-Link router. 'out of network range' it used to work fine until I tried to install a Truemobil 1300

Do the SSID and Encryption setting on the 1300 match what is on the router?

GOT IT!!!!  All I had to do is unplug the router for a few seconds and plug it back and VOILA........
