Unable to empty Dell Datasafe Online space
I'm using the 2GB free Dell Datasafe Online space. Recently, I had made a purging of all my backup data.
But after purging, the space usage still shown that there is still a 240.46 MB used of 2GB.
I checked through the backup details and it shown there is no more files / folders in the backup.
Can you help me how to clear this 240.46 MB so that I can have the2GB free space available.
Thanks.

Free Datasafe is a very limited backup online service with only 2gb capacity which is too small for today's huge drives. 240 mb is tiny and probably is your acct info, not backup files. Datasafe overwrites the previous backups each time it backs up. And without a paid renewal it expires at the end of your free year of service and all your files are deleted. Make sure you also use Windows Backup or just copy your personal files and store the files on a different hard drive or disks so you have complete control of your backups. Read more HERE. It best to buy an external hard drive for saving system images for disaster recovery and full backups which can run up to or over 100GB's
