Unable to see all computers on the Network

I can see all networked computers on some computers but not on others.  How do I configure to see all networked computers on each of the computers?  One computer can see all the computers, but none of them can see that particular computer.  The computer is running Windows98 se.

What other version(s) of Windows are involved?  Can you find the Windows 98 computer by doing a search for the computer from any of the other computers?  Is the Windows 98 computer in the same workgroup as the other computers?  Is NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled on all computers?

I can now see all but one computer. That computer is running Windows 98se. It can see all the computers. My other computers can see it, but my new Dell Dimension 4600i running Windows XP cannot see it. The 4600i can see all the others and interact with them.

It would be helpful if you answered these questions.  One other thing - Is the Windows 98 computer logged on to the network.  If the Primary Network Logon is Client for Microsoft Networks, then you cannot simply hit cancel when asked for a username and password during bootup.  An easy way around this is to change the Primary Network Logon to Windows Logon, then use a blank password so that you are not asked for a password on the next boot.
