Unable to setup TM2300 software on my laptop
After, I pop in the CD and choose Configure Additional Computer-->Wireless-->OK
Searching for the router 192.168.2.2..................................0.0.0.0
After about 60 seconds, I get an error "The setup wizard was unable to detect the router. Please click OK to Verify your cable connection"
The strange thing is that I have a perfect connection to the router (only in unsecure mode though). If anyone encountered this problem, could you please share your experience. Dell I hope you are listening.
The next part of my question is why doesn't the router work in a secure mode (I have tried all combinations) ?
I have also read a lot of Power-recycling stories but so far haven't had to do it myself. Since I have a TM1300, I thought TM2300 was the best choice for a router but I may be wrong...
Thanks in advance.

1. You do not need the setup utility to access the router, as the manual points out.
2. The router IP address is 192.168.2.1 so that is why the utility doesn't work.
3. This has been covered a bazillion times, as a search would have pointed out.

Thanks for your response. I wonder why the User's Guide has an option for installing the control utility via Wireless if it is not required? I didn't find a single post that addresses this issue (although I did find a gazillion posts about the router not working with WPA ON). Please let me know if you have any suggestions to get the TM2300 Control utilty installed on my Laptop.

Use the web based configuration utility instead.
