Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet Connections > Network Connections.  Does your wireless network card show up there?  If it does, right click the wireless network and select "View Available Wireless Networks".  Does you wireless network show up there?  If it does, click on the Connect button.  Do you now have a connection?

hello Steve, thanks for helping. i have tried these two programs, still unable to connect to internet. i dont think these programs have to do with this, because when i use ethinet cable with router, it works. so...

i found one thing weird  is that the setting of profile might be wrong or incorrect. this is how i set the profile "Network authentication: Open. Data Encrytion: None. unable 802.1x." that's all. when i change the network authentication or data encrytion, i won't be able to using a profile. therefore i wont able to connect to wireless router. can you correct my profile setting please?
