User Accounts unable to access Internet.

Running Windows XP with DSL and Wireless Router.  This specific computer is hard-wired into the router...There are three user accounts on this desktop, all with administrator access.  I am the only one who can access internet.  The other two users can use e-mail and instant messenger.  I changed the wirewall settings back to the original default, even turned off the firewall, ran internet diagnostics on all the user accounts and everything is working fine, just cannot get onto the internet on the other user accounts...Tech support told me to delete all the user accounts and start over...When I asked for another option, they referred me to a Pay Site...This just began yesterday...Only program I added was Yahoo IM, updated to new version.. I even deleted that program and did a system restore, but nothing..

Thanks

Are the other accounts free of spyware and malware?

Create a new fourth account and see what happens.  if it works, then migrate the user settings to the new account.

I use Ad Aware and have made sure all accounts are clear  I did make a new user account and again, that account cannot access the internet.  When you click on the Internet Explorer Icon on any account, except mine, nothing happens.  It is as if something is blocking access to the internet for all accounts except mine.
