varying text size on web pages especially when purchasing/banking on-line etc

Hello everyone

 

My problem is that the text/font size gets so large on web pages that it goes off the screen overlaps. For example if i needed to put in the expiry date of my bank card the text size is much to big for the box so you can only see ''00'' of 2007. Its nothing to do with the text size in the view drop down. The problem is not consistant on all websites.

Also I am not sure that the PC is set up to make full use of the whole screen size.

 

If there is anyone that can understand the above I would be most grateful for your assistance.

PS. The PC has been given to 2 'experts' and they have both failed to resolve.. still charged me though.
