When I try to view the new free video player on CNN the player comes up but the screen of the player stays dark. The subject of the item shows above the screen but no picture . I have tried all the fixes that are offered to no avail . How can I check resources overload and perhaps correct the problem? Thanks.    I have 1 gB of memory a\nd a 165 GB HD
