Vostro 200 shows folder MyNetworkPlaces/EntireNetwork/MicroWindowsNetwork/Mshome/Sarah ???
What is 'Sarah' folder (and subfolders) at MyNetworkPlaces/EntireNetwork/MicroWindowsNetwork/Mshome/Sarah ?

Open the folder and see what's in it
As far as I know (Sarah) is not part of Windows networking utility - unless she just joined the team - - :-)
Someone had to have made/added that folder

Its the name of another computer on the network. the files under the folder are shareable folders/files, if permissions are set up.
