websites are crashing my pc
Hi All, I am new to the community & a new computer user. I like watching shows on sites like HULU & YOUTUBE,but the last
2 days while watching videos,they have crashed my Inspiron D531,using Internet Explorer.Is there anything I can do to
remedy this problem? I have disability & am homebound,watching T.V. episodes is my only source of entertainment.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou, lisa

Lisa,
Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware install it and do a quick scan. If it finds anything, then please go to DELL Malware Removal Forum read the top post by bugbatter and follow the instructions. My suspicions at this time are that your computer may have some type of malware and it will have to be removed.
