Websites not coming in

Also I seem to have a difficult time logging in to post a message because when I'm asked to log in, I type in my user name and password and then I get this page cannot be displayed error message. That is not as important as my main issue though.

If this makes any sense, what I was experiencing seemed like a glitch where things don't work for one day and then work the next day. I consider my issue to be solved.
