Weird Intenet Connection Sharing Problem

i have just set up my wireless network between 2 pcs, it is a ad-hoc (peer to peer) network. Everything works fine... until i try and enable intenet connection sharing on the host pc. I get a message saying that the "Windows Management Instutaion" (WMI) is corrupted and i need to do a syestem restore! i have already done a system restore and this doesnt work!

PLEASE HELP ME!

The article (if you looked at it) refers to reinstalling WMI thru a repair installation.
