WiFi and USB internet access on netbook
Purchased a netbook mini so I could check emails and do remote access to my quickbooks while traveling. While on the road I was unable to use the hotel wifi nor the USB wired connection. I am new to wifi. Not much detail in documentation on setting up wifi. But was getting 'unable to display page. firewalled'. Any help out there!!

I'm having a similar problem. I can connect to my home network, but when I go to a hotspot, like Panera Bread, my netbook doesn't recognize the wireless network there...it's frustrating, because I bought my netbook for the same reasons you did. Hope someone knows the answer.

Hi, I have had the same problems - connected to internet via yellow ethernet cable took a week of clicking here and there to get it to work. Wow!! Then to get it to go wireless took a further 1 and a half weeks of reading internet help forums and then it was by accident that I got it to work - did I say work? Oh yes, at home only!
The netbook finds the wireless networks and signals are all excellent but it will not connect - even tried it at my Mums with her password on her internet connection - no luck.
I never heard of a netbook that doesn't like going on the net - I saved up for three months to buy it when I could of spent it on things that my family really needed...
If there is an answer I will run around town naked!

Some people are having trouble with the Antenna and need to cahnge it to AUX
Dell Mini 10 poor wireless connection fix
Some people are having trouble with Internet Explorer. Suggestion is to open Internet Explorer, click on tools, manage add-on, enable or disable add-ons. Disable all add-ons. Close Internet Explorer. The wait 30 secpnds and open Internet Explorer. Can you see the page?
