WinBom Error with Norton Ghost (Dell E310) - Failed to initialize the network adapter

I am currently using Norton Ghost to create Backup images of my Hard Drive. The image process is easy and has no errors

When I use Norton Ghost 9 to restore the image I got an Error message:

Factory.Exe Failed to initialize the network adapter - Check WinBom.

--NOTE:

The software process works fine on my non-dell PCs

Has anyone experienced this?  If so please outline a corrective course of action
