HI I HAVE AN IBM THINKVISION DESK TOP SYSTEM AND MY DAUGHTER HAS DELL LAPTOP I HAD BT BROADBAND AND NO PROBLEMS TIL SHE PURCHASED A D-LINK WIRELESS ADSL ROUTER I HAVE BEEN ON SYSTEMS AND PHONES FOR 2 DAYS             HELP THE DESKTOP AND INTERNET ARE FINE IT IS THE LAPTOP WHICH IS CAUSING THE PROB ERROR 10  IRQ CONFLICT IS WHAT THE D/LINK OPERATOR TOLD ME . No offense taken.  All CAPS is difficult to read and implies shouting on this forum.  Did you install a new network card in the laptop?  Did you install any software from D-Link on the laptop?  If so, try removing that software - you shouldn't need any software specific to the router to connect to the router.   Steve
