It would be useful to know which model computer this is, which version of Windows is running on it, and the make and model of the wireless network adapter.
Is your version of Windows upgarded to Service Pack 2? I can't search the Belkin support site without knowing the exact model number of the wireless network adapter.
so i did what that link said and...nothing. the program isnt even loading and ive made sure the other software on my computer is updated. ive also uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
replace it? it was working fine one minute and the next it wasnt (after i switched which computer it was on) wouldnt that point to the computer, not the adapter?

Which model Dell computer? Which model Belkin wireless adapter? Details may be important.

It may be worth the pain and suffering to just go out and spend the $30 necessary to replace the network adapter.
