Wireless Card for Inspiron 5100 Notebook

I have an Inspirion 5100 Notebook and I've been having a horrible time with routers/adapters for a while now. 1/2 the time I have to reset the router and it's driving me and my family nuts. I know there are these new wireless cards that the notebooks have inside of the computer now but I'm wondering if they have any for Inspirion 5100 notebooks. Does anyone know if their is a wireless card that is compatiable for notebook instead of using an adapter or do I need to keep using an adapter to get the net?
