Wireless card not working after Windows XP Reinstall

I have an Inspiron 6000 and just reloaded Windows XP Professional.  I seem to have everything working again except my Wireless card.  I have tried multiple driver downloads and installs (1350, etc.)

I also am unable to run the Wireless Configuration Utility in the control panel.  My device manager shows a Network Controller that is not working.  When I try to install drivers, none are found.

What is needed to get my internal wireless card working again?

Much thanks.

Did you install the drivers in the proper order as disucssed in the Driver Installation FAQ at the top of this forum?  It is absolutely essential that the Notebook System Software and the especially the chipset drivers be installed before even attempting to install any other device drivers.  Do you know which wireless network adapter you have physically present in the system?
