Wireless Connection Shows as connected, but cannot get online

I just purchased a Dell Dimension E521 Desktop with Vista Home Premium.  I was able to set up a netgear wireless router and have internet access on the desktop (it is plugged into the router, so this computer is not wireless).  I also have a Dell Inspiron 5150 Laptop which has never had a problem being wireless before (until my linksys router died).  It shows that I am connected to the correct wireless network and that the signal strenght is excellent, however, when I try to actually get online with it I am unable to.  A second laptop (an XPS) got online without much of a problem (my 12 year old figured it out), but I cannot figure out what the problem is here.  I think all the settings are correct...If I plug it into the router, it connects no problem.

Any suggestions?

To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Do this on the Inspiron 5150 when it is not connected to the router by ethernet.  Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.
