Wireless driver problems on my Laptop

The hardware ID provided is for a Dell Wireless 1703 802.11b/g/n combo card.

If the system has Windows 7 installed, you may download and install the driver from the link http://dell.to/1a1VLqT.

For drivers compatible with Windows 8, refer to the link http://dell.to/17254nH.

Please share the operating system installed.

Also, provide the device ID or the hardware ID for the wireless drivers. You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Device ID or the Hardware ID:

• Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen 
• Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
• Click > sign next to ‘Network Adapter’ in Device Manager to expand the options.
• Right click on the wireless controller and click ‘Properties’.
• Click ‘Details’ and search for ‘Device Instance ID’ or ‘Hardware ID’.
• Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.
